Today I am doing something a little different and so I am going to share with you one of my FAVORITE and HEALTHY fall recipes: PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN MUFFINS. They are seriously delicious so if you try them out, please comment below and let me know how you liked them!
First, you need to get the below ingredients:
- 1 can of pumpkin
- 1 box of Spice cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1 bag of cinnamon chips
- 1 cup of vanilla muscle gain powder (I use AdvoCare)
- 1 cup of chopped glazed pecans or walnuts
My sweet little helper here today was trying to get her hands on everything!
Step One: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put the Spice cake mix, the cup of water, the cup of protein powder, and the can of pumpkin in a bowl and mix it together.
(Poor Haddie did not like the sound of the mixer! ha poor baby)
Step Two: Stir in the cinnamon chips.

Step Three: Either spray your pan with PAM or your muffin tin liners with PAM, and then pour batter into liners.
Step Four: Sprinkle your walnuts or your pecans on top of batter.
Step Five: Put muffins into oven (at 350 degrees) for 20-22 minutes and WaaLA!
